All I see here is analytical deficiency among Nigerians. You can't compare Anambra with Katsina for instance. On a per capita basis Anambra state with a population of a little over 5 million people has 5 million subscribers while Katsina with almost 10 million population has the same number as Anambra. Meaning that almost 100 percent of Anambrarians are subscribers compared to less than 40 percent in Katsina. One other thing to take into consideration is the amount spent by the subscribers. For all I care the Katsina subscribers could be spending 100 naira 0n average monthly while the Anambra one could be spending 1,000 naira.
