I was trying to engage you in a civil manner but since you want to go insult way, what does the UN law says about deployment of foreign troops by another nation? Russia did not break the law at least not yet with the NK troops.

That is why, if you notice, everyone is just bandying around different numbers! from Zelenky's 100,000, to Eu's 20,000, to US 10,000, to NATO Chief's 30,000.................. because all of them are just guessing and dont have the facts!
Ask them to show you a single video, of a North Korean Soldier that was killed in Battle (or is it that the NK Soldiers are invincible and dont die?), they can show a single one.

Russia has said it before, that they are doing "Joint Military Drills", with NK Soldiers, being Strategic Allies, the same way US has been doing with South Korean Soldiers and other NATO member Nations like Poland.
The need to stop panicking, over NK Soldiers in Russia though, being the first time they would see another Country do to them, what they are doing to others (as in having Military Allies, complete with Article 4! ), the Panic is understandable.

Russia does not need foreign Soldiers right now, it has more then enough to prosecute the War at this level.
It has not even done a "General Mobilization", not to talk of a "Conscription" , unlike Ukraine that has been snatching unfortunate Citizens off the Street, even at Weddings or at the Gym!
But if NATO puts Boot on the Ground "Openly", as Poland, tiny Estonia, and France have been advocating (they have Boots on the Ground, in form of Mercenaries, Military Instructors, Advisers and Geo-Spatial Target Acquisition officers but it is still done codedly), then Russia will field its own "Article 4 Allies" too. This is where the NK Soldiers will coming
Right now, they are just allowing them to familiarize with Russian Terrain, Weapons and tactics so that when that time comes, it wont be strange to them.
Anyway, Nairaland is full of People that get all their News from Western "Propaganda MSM" outfits only, they cant read widely or do any form of research into a topic. They just regurgitate what they saw on CNN or MSNBC.

There is nothing like double standards, I don't see countries such as Mexico and Canada wishing to sour their rlationships with the US in fact even Cuba currently wishes to draw closer to the US unlike Russia who's neighbours are all rushing to join NATO for protection against what happened to Chechnya, Georgia and now Ukraine. That is the difference between the two countries.
