All political parties that have bearing to those seats have rights to institute, the vacant positions can be filled by LP guys so they are an interested party.

They have locus standi. It is not party affairs but state affairs. They being a political party that participated in that election made to have the locus standi. They will still partake in the election if they win.

when both Parties APC & PDP has warned Fubara to stop deceiving himself. Speaker Hon Martin's Amaechi recently represented Rivers State law makers in a resent function organized for law makers.
