Thugnificent:The fact that prices of food items increased by 200% does not necessarily mean that your profit will also increase by 200%! Cost of inputs to your farm such as seeds, fertilizer and farm machinery is also increasing at a very fast means and this means that your profits will reduce because your cost of operation via direct costs and overheads have also gone up! |
