There’s been systematic brain washing going on in America and it has unfortunately led to this. Right wing propaganda has long arms.

It started with the demonization of college and education. As more and more people opted out of getting education, more people voted for right wing politicians. There’s a direct correlation in that the population that voted for them most were the uneducated ones.

The lack of education makes them unable to follow premises to logical conclusions. It’s unfortunate but even online arguments and presentation of facts etc cannot solve it. The problem needs to be solved at the root and that is grassroots deprogramming.

For now we just have to share a country with them and suffer the consequences of their political choices with them.

How else can you be a parent with children and vote for the man who promised to dismantle the department of education?
