The location is in Lagos. I have a truckload of granite and sand. I also have lots of iron rods about 30 plus.
Can 2m finish this foundation of a half plot of land?

No idea, l completed all my building projects in Nigeria years ago when cement and other building materials were very cheap, but with the current hyperinflation in Nigeria, l have my reservations but l will suggest you post your questions at property section of Nairaland and competent Engineers will help you

2. Soil type
3. Foundation height above ground

But this relative as your structural engineer will need to do some evaluations for you (type of soil, its topography, number of people that will traverse the building per time, etc).
