This is Finland we are talking about NOT the ZOO (Nigeria). There is likelihood that he will be freed at the end of the investigation and then......the show continues

This is the interesting part, he felt he can't be arrested, and you are wrong, before a suspect is apprehended investigation has been conducted and there's probable cause for an arrest.
