Hello,

How much can I budget to build a Pharmacy store that will have a

An extra small store inside

A small office with toilet for the pharmacist inside

Extra toilet for the staff

A long counter for patients

Then shelf for drugs.

Electricity.

Lastly, decking in case I want to put another store upstairs, decking without roof.

Location is East. Land is already secured, just to do foundation and construct these items in the bungalow.


Pls don't add cost for drugs.
