But the mere fact that he has been arrested, detained and charged with organizing terrorism in another country is sufficient to not only to dislodge and disorganize his comfortable life in Finland, but might see him convicted and ending up in prison, even if just for 1 year. A conviction on terrorism related charges would make him a persona non grata in all EU countries.

Adeyinka Grandson was simply a case of genocide. He was actually against the "igbo tribe" as a whole, and calls for a geneocide agsindt the Igbos & forceful removal of the Igbos from the South West. One of the EU Charter on Human Rights holds Adeyinka accountable. While Ekpa, was simply a case of secession and support (allegedly) for a splitter group accused of murdering security agents in Igbo land.

I took a great look at what the Finnish authorities holds against him, honestly he will escape with a slap on the wrist. As for a possible deportation or extradition, me thinks Nigeria doesnt have the diplomatic muscle to force that on a Country taking on the Russaians head on! Coupled with Nigerian Deep State mishandling the MNK case, this is never going to happen! Not that i support the Finnish short engine, but the law is what exactly what it is! No way around it!

This is what i feel, in case Ekpa is not working for Nigeria Deep, he will be sanctioned, forced to make a declaration not to toe this violent path again, and henceforth watched.

First of all , I'm not the one who suggested that they arrest and charge him with terrorism related offenses. From what I read on the news, the Finnish authorities did that on their own without my input.
I can bet that they took their time and thoroughly did their homework before deciding to arrest and charged him.
Prosecutors usually make sure they have enough evidence to seek a conviction before arresting someone on terrorism related charges.
In fact, the conviction rate for terrorism related offenses across all EU states are very very high.
Even if after years of litigation,he wiggles out, it would still take its toll on his life. Life would not be the same for him again.
That should be sufficient.
