The US will not need to intervene if most of the countries on this your list try to or attempt to arrest Natanyahu, Isreal is self sufficient to deal with them accordingly, but for the few strong enough to enforce the law, the us will invoke the "Hague law".

What effect is a travel ban going to have on a 70+ year old Netanyahu who has already seen life and already been to most of those countries? 😄 Absolutely nothing.
