The quickest solution would be proferred as was done in this case. It's just unfortunate that it cost him his life.


Let me also burst your bubbles further... There are medical conditions that would set one's body on a fat gaining spree so much so that diet control and intermittent fasting won't give any results. Such people are advised to tow this path to correct this condition and set the body right.


Finally, let me correct you by saying weight loss is 80 percent diet ONLY IF the person's hormones are in check. Other than that, even a strict vegetarian would be obesed.
