APC and fraud. I laughed when they said same law makers never defected, despite the open air declaration which was covered by the media. Under the APC, disobedience and fraud have been institunalised and shame on those backing them for whatever reasons
I’m no longer a Nigerian citizen

Create your own structure and go become gov of rivers without the help of Wike, ensure you get there through your popularity and political assets.....even obi begged for that same structure from Wike and didn't get it.....You can't ride on the back of a tiger and expect not to get eaten,I have no iota of pity for fubara,he should suffer the consequences of going against agreement.
You have said it all. Fubara can't tell us that there was no agreement between him and Wike before Wike made him the governor of Rivers.
I honestly hate insincere people. The fact remains that there won't be a Fubara without a Wike.

I don't understand this country again. How will the governor present a budget to people that have defected to another party. Nigeria law nah rubbish.
Let me explain it to you.

In true sense, those lawmakers initially defected. They even tendered their resignations.

Those resignations were parts of the documents filed by Fubara in court.

The lawmakers too filed counter case and they included their letters.

Along the line, they came back from Abuja and parts of what they were told were that: either parties should go and withdraw their case.

The law makers went and took their case files.

Fubara too went and take his case file.

By withdrawing the cases, in the ‘eyes of law’ it’s means those law makers never defected.

Don’t forget that part of the Abuja resolution was that Fubara should represent the budget to the full house but he has not done that until another case was filed by Wike’s camp, challenging Fubara on state budget spending.

Lawyers in the house can still shed more lights on the technicalities of this case.

Wike could be using delay tactics to ruin the government of Fubara because Wike is ready to appeal all judgments that didn’t favour him up till Supreme Court.
Fubara too is ready to appeal all judgements that didn’t favour him, up till Supreme Court.
Doing these alone would have wasted, at least, 2 years from Fubara’s years in his first term.

Fubara would be fine but it is the state that this will affect, mostly.

Typical Nigerian does not respect agreements and are always ready to take advantage of others if the get the chance no matter the consequences to the violated party.....fubara mirrors the dishonesty, unreliable nature of typical Nigerians that's why you see some no gooders following him when in fact he should be castigated for being an ingrate and a turn coat after all what his benefactor did for him.....it's sad but that's the reality of our social fabric as a people.

He shouldn’t have burned down and later on demolished the State House of Assembly complex. He should have run to Niger Delta elders and Tinubu and they would have resolved it quickly. After all, they all know how e dey go.

Fubara was afraid of impeachment, that’s why he brought down the building. He knows Wike can be br,utal due to the way Fubara quickly change am for Wike.

God knows the kind of agreement they signed which Fubara doesn’t want to honor which is making Wike to be angry.

What you should understand is that all those "public show" are not what makes you a member of a political party in the "blind eyes" of the law. You have to have your name registered in the party register. Therefore, "technically" they are PDP house members as they say they are now. After all, it was by mere saying too, that they were as it were now "alleged" to have decamped. grin.... Law no b ya mate o

Sim Fabura is not a man of his word and such men never really succeed in life. Agreement is Agreement just as obedience is better than sacrific, it is also better not to promise than to promise and not keep it. The only way out is for Fubara to go and beg Wike.

seems Dangote refinery will provide the needed IGR for the FG.
the reason for all this is the fact that we have many people who don't know or care about what we're in.
Imagine all states paid to the centre ....this is the truth we fear and we know it....or else why would the centre borrow so frivolously....?
Trying Rivers, forgetting that an armed struggle will not deter the truth for so long.
Also, developments around the world should be an eye opener, except a Rwanda rehappens, maybe....?

What differentiates a Hitler from What Wike is doing. Same way some crack heads are praising Wike is the same way they did during the Nazi occupation. So because you have problems with the legitimate custodian of the people's wealth, everyone can die, roads construction should cease, education should pause. How did Nigerians even get here in the first place?

It's just pure lack of political dexterity and maturity on his part.,a cat who thinks itself a lion......in a war,u need alliances to fight a foe as formidable and well grounded like wike, you need to bade your time and try to win the majority of the house first to your side, you can go by this quietly and i no time you win them over, also the power that be in aso rock is so important in this game,he should have just made tinubu his protector to reign wike in and keep him at bay buy what did he do,he made enemies of all of them even the judiciary and police.....tinubu is ready to make a Scapegoat of him to serve as a deterrent to any gov that might want to undermine his office....he practically disgraced tinubu who was only trying to help him and buy him time by asking that the impeachment notice be removed.....was he expecting tinubu to throw Wike under the bus just like that.

Not when you have a document to substantiate you defection... Or have you not heard they went to court to swear affidavit of decamping.... Which we heard the secretly went to court to withdraw...... The lawmakers are also not not being truthful......

They threatened few weeks back that they will use the courts to sabotage Fubara in Rivers state.
