I was curious if/how Nigerians had access to drugs like crack cocaine. What is more rampant here is addiction to locally made drugs like cannabis and hemp.

So how were you able to fund your addiction?

Crack cocaine has been very much and readily available for years now in every nook and cranny in Nigeria. In fact crack cocaine and crystal meth aka meth are destroying our youths these days.

Crack addiction is the worst addiction one can ever be a slave to.
There is no amount of money that can sustain that. A crack addict can squander Elon Musk's wealth_it will take time, but it will certainly finish.
Take a look at some black communities in America, come to Accra and see how crack (the very local one) is ruining and tearing guys apart.

About funding my addiction, it was a crazy one. I did everything doable to get funds to purchase. It's so expensive. My normal IT job, petty hard jobs, couple of crimes lol. It was a crazy experience.

I'm going to share my personal sincere experience from being a very bright sober university student with good academic performance and multiple talents also love by all around me to becoming a deeply hooked crackhead drug addict with a very scrupulous reputation and nearly deserted by family and friends alike.

It will be quite a lengthy post but I'll always come back to write whenever I'm on my leisure time.

I want to use this post to share my personal life experiences on drugs addiction and recovery. This is intended as a means of educating and enlightening individuals and families about drug addiction, how to go about it when they or their family members are affected.

First I must emphasize that the negative effects of drug ADDICTION is tremendous and very debilitating.
The level of addiction depends on the longevity of use and type of substance abused.

In my case, my major addiction is on Crack Cocaine (Charlie,CK, Coca, Coco, White Rock)
This is a very addictive and dangerous substance with high potency for addiction. It's also cruelly expensive and the urge/cravings that come with this drug is very strong.
I was previously addicted to Opiates (Tramadol) and had several seizures from overdose but quilt a few years ago only to find myself fallen deep into crack Cocaine, which is seemingly worse.

This is my 4-5th year of addiction. Though I've made up my mind to quite and it's barely a few days since I quit. I'll be posting my progress here.

Stay active here from time to time.

I'll first be writing about my personal experiences with crack Cocaine use then move to the side and effects, the cravings and heinious crimes I committed just to get money to buy this substance Crack. It almost turned my life over.

MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE AFTER USE
Instant euphoria, increased confidence and raised energy, alertness is heightened, become talkative, extremely raised euphoria, increased libido

Negative effects
Dilated pupils, constant cravings, extremely high heart rate, increased blood pressure, muscle spasms, vibrating body, restlessness, insomnia, constant fear of the unknown, profuse sweating, worst of it all is the cravings.
It made me sell of all my properties and loose all my personal relationship and assets, my job, everything. Including selling other people's properties just to fund the crack Cocaine cravings hobby. I nearly got suicidal at some point. Early signs of schizophrenia we're experienced. In fact people started seeing me as crazy. Thank goodness I am now on the train of recovery.

I'll talk about my triggers my urge for taking crack. This usually applies to every other crack addict out there.

By your statement, I can tell you have never been to America and ALL the information you have digested about America comes from movies and what you see on social media. Crack/Cocaine/prescription pills have done more damage in white communities and populations than it has in black communities. If you go to rural America, I am talking about the backwoods of Alabama, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri, Kansas, south and north Carolina, Ohio, Georgia, where we have real rednecks and hillbillies, you will see the damage that crack has done to those communities. The only reason you might think blacks are more affected is because blacks live in cities and it's easier to see what's going on in the cities. Most people do not go to the backwoods of America I earlier mentioned, especially if you are not from there. That's a side of America they don't show you. There are communities there that are inbreds. Fathers sleeping with daughters, cousins marrying each other, siblings having kids together etc. Educate yourself.

I've been very much occupied with several tasks so I haven't been able to write here for a while.

Well I'm back

It's well up to three weeks since I've abstained from Crack. I must say in this Short while, my life is changing greatly though at a steady slow pace. Here are a few things about my behavioral changes since I quit crack cocaine.

- I'm now meeting up with my work responsibilities.
- I'm now neater and more hygienic. I make sure the few clothes I have I keep them all fully neat and tidied at all times. My environment, my room, my kitchen everything always well arranged at neat. These are things I cared less about and left unkept while I was taking crack.
- I am now focused on living a better life. Starting to have savings even though I'm not yet earning much.
- Decreased independence on people.
- I can now spend more time on myself sitting alone in my room or an isolated place. Before I was always moved to keep moving around.
- I have developed interest in returning back to my educational pursuits though I haven't started.
- My mental health is greatly improved. I no longer forget so much and I can now make vital decisions correctly.
- Couldn't stay in a relationship previous and all my friends deserted me. Only family had my back.
- Working hard to pay off my debt and improve myself. No longer focused on working to buy more crack cocaine to smoke.


The urge still comes in from to time but I do my possible best to get it off my mind. I can watch a movie, go out to chat with friends, take sleep meds or eat when I get the urge.

I'll write more on the challenges I faced in my past days of crack addiction later.
I have to attend to my work.

I dnt know how to help my only brother.. but he is running mad.. he was so bright and intelligent in the university.. but now he has brought shame and embarrassment to my parents... He smoke Indian herm and it really affecting.. he can talk to himself and do things like a mad man.

If you do any kinds of drugs,you smoke shisha , cannabis or cigarettes and you drink alcohol,if you need potent herbs to detoxify your system,lungs and revive your liver function.
