I transferred 150k to her for that amount's worth, and then contacted her via WhatsApp in order to show proof of payment. She acknowledged the receipt, and never got back to me till this moment. I'm yet to receive the funds in my Bybit account.

You did that at your own risk. Bybit don't have platform just like Binance ni.if it is on Binance when you report the account name they will withheld the usdt.if you want to buy outside platform you ave to use your own escrow.
