E no concern me.

Igbos ran away from their ancestral land to survive in Lagos, even their lord and saviour Bitter Obituary is hiding in Lagos so that his brothers IPOB, ESN, UGM will not use him for pepper soup, why would I want to go and buy land in such a place?

The thieves want to annex Lagos as their property.
An Igbo presidency would be the most tribalistic one.

Many Nigerians believe Obi will be a liberal president, nay, he is Igbo tọ the core.

I am laughing in igbo's language

The professor is not sincere. Chief Benson got land donation for what would benefit the people, post office, not what would benefit his interest and his daughter. Abati was right to have cited that example. It is all about self centeredness of Igbo people. If land was denied him in the community of his in-laws, is it me who di not marry from the place they will give land?

People that knows the reality already knows buying land in Agulu is a No No. Agulu people do operate as if they’re still in 1640..

They’re just too petty & primitive..

Look at all the poverty striken comments above. Ordinary data to watch a video, they can not afford, the op who posted this video is definitely a stark illiterate. The man is a professor in Abuja not Ohaneze. Also he debunked abati lies by saying it is mere heresay. Benson got land donated to him so no reason to buy. He goes further to highlight people Yorubas and Hausas who have purchased land in the east. Finally he said you can only sell land you own personally not a land owned by your kindred. Most lands are owned by kindred and requires every one agreement to sell not one person. You can only sell land after it has been shared by the kindred

You see those lazybones from SW will sell anything that looks like land, and even use juju to kee anyone remotely connected to it..... So as to keep the money to themselves, and squander it all on owambe. They want everyone to be like them ...
Sorry, we don't want to be like Yorubas. In all honesty, I'd prefer to be a Fulani than a Yoruba.

They don't understand integrity, family honor and brother's opinion on land matters.

You can do whatever you like with your land, a land you bought with your money and sweat. Nobody's business. But you can't sell a land you got from Umunna. It's an ancestral land. You use and pass t to the next generation. You're technically not allowed to pass it to outsiders. It can only be shared to makes alone, not females.

When the white men first came to Igbo land and a decision was made to give them land, it was the Evil forest they gave him. Where corpses of evil people are thrown away.... It's not hate, it's the land.

If your own law allows lazy free loaders to sell all their ancestral land.. Tor na una sabi, those with money will come buy it from you.

What I noticed when I started building "my own" house in the village, 8 years ago.

1. The family compound, or what we call "Ihu ezi" belong to the eldest....my late uncle son inherited everything..... Everything damn thing. That's the law, and theres no going around it.
Before then, a family tradition was broken to allow my own dad (the last born in the family), been the first millionaire in the family, to build a palatial house in the Ihu ezi. I actually wanted to renovate parts of his own house in the Ihu ezi, when the ummuna told me this. That what ever I do, build or renovate in the Ihu ezi technically belong to my older cousin, whose dad is eldest in my dad family.
I was advice to ask the ummuna to show me lands owned by the family, and I can take from there and build what ever I want to build, and when it's time to share the family lands, that could substitute as mine. Problem solved. I was ok, but wowed. Even if you take it to the Customary court system, that family law is what is relied upon, not your Abuja constitution.... Too bad, all these Ronu miscreants don't understand why we have Customary Court & laws in Nigeria.

Can I sell land from where I took it from? No. You will have the Umunna & family deity fighting you for greed. If you want money, go work your ass off. Not selling what your forefathers didn't sell. If they sold it, will you inherit it?

Can I sell the land I took because I want to build on it? No..... that's call Alu.

Yorubas have no family culture. They do whatever they like. But the Igbo Ummuna & the customs that guides it is more revered than than the Nigerian constitution.

Read & buy my piece on Amazon: The Igbo Ummuna & it's usefulness! Ummune; Know yours! Why the Igbos prospers without beating an eye!

Go and get a job and work..... Selling lands will never make you rich.... Only lazybones sell lands.

If your fathers sold the land, will you inherit it?

Tell me the lands Kunle and Ade will give their children, since they've sold theirs to strangers?

Lawless people!

Obi can't be liberal cos he so tribalistic and manipulative. He will make a even worser president than Tinubu. The likes of Soludo and Umahi are destabilize Nigerians. They are more educated than Obi and they say it has they see. I wish any of them a greater height in future. I will gladly support any of the two. Obi is so deceptive. He can't be president of Nigeria, so I advice the igbos to know that. In 2027, if he contested, he will be a flop. Only in east he will still get those vote but will struggle in other zones. Many people who were blind have now known is true colours. He was jumping from church to church and he even attend vigil during campaigns and try to use the Christian against Muslim and when he lost because the Moslem north didn't vote for him, for the desperate clown to please the north now for support, he thinks is wise to condemned same churches and members that stood for him, thinking there is a religious war coming to Nigeria, even when he knew that the Muslim Muslim ticket of Apc was pure political. God will never allow that devil to be president of Nigeria. Are we all now Muslims in Nigeria and carrying kettles to the mosque now.
