Righthussle:Inflation figures are released monthly and GDP quarterly In October 2024, the Headline inflation rate was 33.88% from 32.70% in September 2024. Month-on-Month, the Headline inflation rate in October 2024 was 2.64%. Food Inflation Rate was 39.16% Year on Year. Nigeria's GDP is fast falling in dollar value but growing quite fast in Naira value because of the massive inflation in the country is the naira value of goods and services whereas we're actually producing smaller quantities of these goods and services. In other words, Nigeria's economy is shrinking when measured in dollars. 3 Likes |
