There is one ideology always guiding my assertions about Nigeria ..."expected result always fail here".... The same way ur bank balance with a new deposit can never be equal to ur calculated balance,...this is exactly how Nigeria operates. I can assure u that a working Port Harcourt, Kaduna, dangote, ..and even Ekiti refineries won't guarantee a reduction in the prices of fuel....
