That’s because the person applied for two positions and Dragnet used the score for the facilities Engineer aptitude test to grade them for the petroleum Engineer position.

That means the person wrote only one aptitude test for Facilities Engineer and did skill test for petroleum Engineer role

I reached out to dragnet, that I haven't received skill test invitation, their response was that the process is ongoing.... They could have just said successful candidates have been invited for skill test, but their response was that the process is ongoing...so until one gets a regret mail keep hope alive , some candidate might bypass skill test base on the years of experience they have

I was forced to write to them too on that but no response yet.

It's well , let's just keep seeking other opportunities while we still wait

If your peers have done any stage, it's best to remove your mind, even if it's interview level.

Do you know the resources deployed to conduct the recruitment process? The preliminary stages are even outsourced like in this case to dragnet.

Even assigning SMEs to come conduct interviews and panel sessions is considered as loss of man hours. Sometimes you have to provide logistics, hotel, flight and accommodation and also pay them out of station allowance for those not resident in the location for the accessment.

Your only hope at interview level is that you might be added to the next round if it's a company that recruits back to back.

Else, if they've not gotten back to you at any stage, it's better to lower your expectations.

Smaller companies might be more flexible.

anyone from well D&C received a skill test yet. there's no way to get any information about the aptitude test and the results. i got a second mail from dragnet informing me i dont have take a second test because i applied to both well d&c and petroleum engineering but other than that no other info and its been 2 months since i took the test.
