The 2025 is the 2nd refinery..eleme refinery in port Harcourt in the same premises with port Harcourt refinery that will start working in 2025

This is nice..it will bring competition between Dangote refinery and Port Harcourt refinery..I hope the price of fuel, disel kerosene will be cheap and affordable
