All countries need low key need illegals. I can recall growing up in naija. That time naira get value well well. The house helps that my uncle hired that time was were from the neighboring Africa countries.

Now those illegals from those neighboring African countries worked harder and better than the Nigerians counterpart. And they were cheaper and trustworthy. This was very common in the construction sector. They did excellent work ....

Why not hire legal migrants instead of illegals. A hard work ethic is a cultural and individual trait. Why exactly should they be allowed to break immigration and employment laws? Ceasar Chavez advocated for these type of workers instead of "wetbacks".
