Good, TPain is a just man when it comes to peppering everyone. Both the rich and poor are getting hit hard. Dangote didn’t see the need to advertise in his initial plan. |

This is DEREGULATION..... Now marketing and adverts heralds an industry that Oligarchs and cabals STRANGULATED for 49 years! Dangote Refinery sets the pace... Others follows.... Thank you PBAT, sincerely speaking the reform is tough and harsh but I know the long term effect is for the good of the country. Hopefully we can get more refineries on board and also apply same energy on our electricity. |

AlexBells:So this is what your brain could decipher from this? I don’t know Nigeria sin that made God shower us with horde of ignoramus like this. Dangote is advertising now because they have competition. NNPC is selling N70 more than Dangote does now so it’s better for Dangote to advertise coz it is no more a monopoly in the sense. Let’s say tomorrow, NNPC cut their price by N100, then Dangote may be forced to adjust a bit too, and then competition start and price drop a bit. NNPC cannot compete well with Dangote for now coz they have lesser supply, but if they can bring other refineries up to speed, then they have a good fighting chance. |

SalamRushdie:Who is the clown here? You or the guy? How is Tinubu using Oando to waste Nigeria income? You think you are speaking in your IPOB village meeting here? |
| Re: Dangote Refinery Advertising Products by joseph1832(m): 1:35pm On Nov 27, 2024 |
seguntijan:tough and harsh that only the poor masses will continue to suffer from? Must every government policy always make the poor man suffer to the point of begging for mere survival? To me, I think this is too harsh, as the price of petrol, affect the cost of almost everything in the country. Once petrol goes up, everything else goes up, because the country runs on petrol. All the efforts this government have made to cushion the effect of this harsh policy isn't even working. The CNG project is just exactly what it is, another cash cow for who knows who to make money from. It's just a shame. |

| Re: Dangote Refinery Advertising Products by LegendHero(m): 1:38pm On Nov 27, 2024 |
CodeTemplarr:The consumers will be the judge in that. When they buy both, they will do their own economics to know which is good for their car and pocket. They have 3 price choice at any gas station in Yankee with varying price. Consumer then buy the one they deem fit. There is no law that says all cars must use premium fuel coz you can’t say a 2020 Benz should use same fuel quality as a 2004 Toyota used for taxis. |

joseph1832:I agree that government policy should not always make people poor, but I disagree with saying removing fuel subsidy is bad. Government just need to make sure the proceed from it is used very judiciously. The fiscal side also need to be improved. —If you fix power to a larger extent, demand for petrol will reduce for many households —If you invest massively in CNG powered public transports, demand for individuals to always fuel their private cars for daily commuting might reduce. —If you invest massively in constructing roads and opening new frontiers, logistics issue will be solved and agricultural products flow well and real estate bloom —if you invest massively in mechanized farming, you can bring food inflation down for crops where we have comparatively advantage in and import the other. Why do you think Dangote could flourish? It was because Subsidy was removed. Now imagine the number of jobs that refinery and the by-product creates. Since when we don dey pay subsidy, what have we achieved? We still remain at the same point and growth continue to be stiffened. Let’s do something different and see if it will be better at least |

| Re: Dangote Refinery Advertising Products by SalamRushdie: 3:03pm On Nov 27, 2024 |
LegendHero:Your low IQ has not deciphered that OANDO using it's unclear relationship with NNPC downstream is now the number 1 importer and distributor of fuels in Nigeria..You have not realised that's the reason Dangote is being sabotaged so OANDO can keep making evil profit off clowns like U ? |
| Re: Dangote Refinery Advertising Products by LegendHero(m): 3:18pm On Nov 27, 2024 |
SalamRushdie:Your low IQ never told you Wale Tinubu OANDO already divested since 2019 and Vitol and Helios own OVH who you’re referring to as NNPC downstream. By the way, Buhari started the refinery rehabilitation so I don’t know the nonsense you are parroting. They churn out diesel, PMS, kerosene, and etc. How does a refinery equate to importing petrol? If truly Wale Tinubu owe stake in NNPC, which is more favorable to him, importing fuel or refining it in Nigeria? You think you are talking to your low IQ IPOB village members here? Bring your proof that says Wale Tinubu had stake in NNPC imports. I am waiting! |
