We can all see why Nigeria can never be good because this is the norm for all 36 state governors, president, vice, finance ministers, cbn gov,.....

To make matters worse.....allocation is also given house of reps members as well...

This country is just design for easy looting..too much of our common wealth is in the hands of individual executives and house of reps members to do wateva they want....

Money that should be channelled into health, education, currency subsidy that will reach every body directly and indirectly....

His lawyers even came to the court with the bail application without arraingement!
A sane judge would deny the bail.
However as you suggested a lot of underneath calls must have been made on his behalf by the interested parties
