/ So Igbo land should stand still because some elites died. But when unknown gunmen and the military invaded some parts of Igboland, Ohaneze kept mute. Ban and enforcement are two different things. / |

Igbo enweghi eze. Igbo dọ not have king. My town HRM Ìgwè Ekwulobia will have his Ofala festival on 31st December 2024 where a lot of people will be given chieftaincy titles. Can Eze from Imo state stop another Ìgwè in Anambra from holding his traditional festival just because Ifeanyi Ubah who put south east in this quagmire of insecurity is dead because of his atrocity to the region. We should be jubilating that our deities have honored our ọfọ. |

PressMyButton:Exactly. We can't take him serious. Igbo enweghi eze. Igbo dọ not have king. RoxyBrownAutos:Exactly Ndigbo enweghi eze. Ndgbo dọ not have king like Yoruba has Ooni, Hausa has Sutarn of Sokoto, Tiv has Tor, etc. Ndigbo do not have even many Igbo communities or towns do not have King. Igbo is generally egalitarian and republican. All this igweship started after whitemen appointed warrant chief which later metaphosize as igwes in those areas My town HRM Ìgwè Ekwulobia will have his Ofala festival on 31st December 2024 where a lot of people will be given chieftaincy titles. Can Eze from Imo state stop another Ìgwè in Anambra from holding his traditional festival just because Ifeanyi Ubah who put south east in this quagmire of insecurity is dead because of his atrocity to the region.
