The 85k is for grade level 1, a cleaner in Rivers state will be on either grade level 2 or 3 wll have a salary more than 91k monthly meaning a teacher who is on grade level 8(newly recruited) will have over double what anambra pays to their teachers.

A teacher in Anambra as at today using the figure you posted would earn less than or equal to a cleaner in Rivers state.

Read to understand not to read to argue, doing this will make you loose the essence of a write up and portray you in a bad light.

The guy is not smart he thought he was dissing Rivers state. The salary of the teachers he quoted will be what a cleaner on the least grade level will get in Rivers state. When allowances are added a cleaner will take 100k at the end of the month in Rivers state, for a teacher that figure is very poor.
