A shocking incident has been reported at Government Day Junior Secondary School, Kulende, in Ilorin, Kwara State, where a corps member was allegedly brutalized by a teacher over a perceived improper greeting. The corps member had reportedly visited the school to collect her clearance letter, a routine task during the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program. However, what seemed like a normal visit turned sour when a teacher accused her of not greeting properly. Eyewitnesses claim the teacher's accusations quickly escalated into physical assault, leaving the corps member deeply shaken and embarrassed. Authorities from the Kwara State Ministry of Education and the NYSC are being called upon to investigate the matter and ensure justice is served. 1 Like

They're the most hostile and rudest to their visitors. What is greeting? is greeting food? If she doesn't greet properly what's your business. NYSC shouldn't take this lightly please. Those bastards should be fish out and punished severely. They've power on a vulnerable female corper but Fulani conquered the state, yet they can't do anything. Bunch of uselèss cowards. As the landlady,My mom usually complain about the way he greets,but I counseled her that day that, that's their culture. They don't usually bow when they greet elders.
