Ndume is as confused as hell.
"I'm not against reform", "I'm against derivation", "oh it's the timing", "what I really don't like is involvement of IMF", "why should you invite outsiders to Senate" , "I'm not against experts coming in, that was Ningi", "Ningi was right", "reform country before reforming tax".....
