E choke wailers  . The problem with wailers is that they don't think for themselves, they have lend their thinking faculty to others to piss on it. There's a difference between sales and production. PH refinery has commenced production but has not began bulk sales to markerters yet. I read the news they were masturbating to, even at that, the report says, the delay in selling fuel to markerters was as a result of calibrating the meters/ loading pumps. Go and read that report again and tell me anywhere it was stated that PH refinery is not producing, I challenge anybody. Tell me where in the report you're masturbating to a marketer said production is not going on at the refinery. If you follow Nigeria government agencies story, you might miss your destiny. Back then In the 90s, they introduced a course called Materials and metallurgy at FUTO. They told students that Ajeokuta steel was coming soon to employ all the graduates from that department. Some student left petrochemical, elect, mech etc to that dept. Small lie to cover the above simple truth; all the products we are currently refining are mainly for our outlets only.
