If you follow Nigeria government agencies story, you might miss your destiny.
Back then In the 90s, they introduced a course called Materials and metallurgy at FUTO. They told student that Ajeokuta steel was coming soon to employ all the graduates from that department.
Some student left petrochemical, elect, mech etc to that dept.
Over 3 decades now Ajeokuta is still in the pipe line.

The press release clearly stated that the product they are selling is from Dangote..Meaning they did not refine it but it was supplied to them as finished product. So for the time being the PORTHACOURT REFINERY is not yet working.
