I read the news they were masturbating to, even at that, the report says, the delay in selling fuel to markerters was as a result of calibrating the meters/ loading pumps.

Go and read that report again and tell me anywhere it was stated that PH refinery is not producing, I challenge anybody.
Tell me where in the report you're masturbating to a marketer said production is not going on at the refinery. Enemies will continue to fail
