When you say your salary can go far, how much do you mean? If it’s not up to $3k/month, then I don’t know what else to say. Anyway, why not try Pr or visa conversion? Well, what do I know? |

horlorbah:Work reference letter is all you need. Forget online presence and CAC fee if the company is already registered. A typed and stamped reference letter on the company's official letterhead paper with contacts for confirmation stating all your work duties in the NOC you chose is all you need. Refer to page one to read more. Being paid in cash and gift deed are both different thing here. You can't be paid in cash by your work and use the same as gift deed. To notorize is optional. |

horlorbah:No u dont need 6month statement. What u need is a reference letter from ur bank, stating ur average balance for the past 6month, stating that you owe the bank no debt, stating ur account number and account name and when the account was opened, the reference letter must have a letterhead from the bank that shows the bank name, address and contact number and finally it must have ur balance It is when they ask u to prove how u came about ur pof that u start uploading ur gift deed and statement of acc. So if u were not probed, no need to upload ur gift deed cert and statement of acc. No complicate ur case |

Good morning Everyone, In my EE profile I picked my primary NOC to be pharmacist meaning pharmacy assistant is secondary because I’m a licensed pharmacist. My work history has both pharmacy assistant and pharmacist as NOC codes and job titles. The pharmacy assistant job is the first job on the list of jobs I have. I got ITA for being a pharmacy assistant (healthcare draw) I’m filling the forms post ITA now and I’m being asked what my primary NOC is. Should I maintain my primary NOC as pharmacist or do I need to change it to pharmacy assistant seeing that it’s what gave me ITA? If I maintain it as pharmacist hope it won’t be an issue of me mismatching NOC? I don’t want to do the wrong thing hence why I decided to clarify before picking. |

Hello all, Please how long does it take to get feedback after passing your medicals? I did my medicals in October and my profile has been updated that I passed the medicals and also biometrics has been done but they’re still reviewing. I haven’t received any update since then so I’m wondering how long it takes. |

It can take almost 8 weeks before they send you an e-mail. Ruksmaster1: |

Ruksmaster1:It rarely takes long these days, Please check your mail inside out, use Tracker and raise Webform for inquiries, Mine was sent like 5 days after passing medical but I missed the Ready for Visa mail for weeks. |

Farawayman:Oh really?? Please how can check the tracker? I’ve checked my profile and email multiple times and there’s nothing there. I didn’t think it would take this long, it just keeps saying they’re still reviewing so it’s more like I just have to wait till there’s an update. |

Something to note for intending applicants (@horlorbah) to avoid needless delays in your processing, if you got a gift deed for your POF kindly attach the gift deed(notarized if possible) with your bank reference letter. Mr A can’t state in his work reference letter that he earns #1.5m per annum for 3 years and suddenly has POF of #20m without stating the source. It subjects your application to needless scrutiny. If you used gift deed, simply truthfully state that you did. Provide the gift deed+evidence of transfer+proof of relationship to donor, if anything it makes POF one less thing the officer has to scrutinize. Recently officers have been rejecting PR applications. In this era of changing immigration policies, there’s no advantage in holding off a document that helps your application IMO. MayorOfEdmonton:So is ur work reference letter enough to prove u did a job or u must include ur work id card and picture of ur work premises? I get ur point but ircc wont reject for not including gift deed or statement if u used bank reference, the most they will do is send adr for paystub, pay slip or bank statement then u can now be uploading ur gift deed and all. But if they dont ask why asking for trouble? |
| Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by Staness: 9:30am On Dec 03, 2024 |
eniola1010:ah! This is not a good advice o. IRCC has been known to reject applications outrightly for not uploading enough supporting documents to show proof of work experience even though only reference letter was required and it was provided. Please add enough supporting documents if you can and don’t bank on the fact that they’ll send adr. Gift deed is very important if you know your salary cannot support your pof |
| Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by eniola1010(m): 9:33am On Dec 03, 2024 |
Staness:Ircc rejected a person that uploaded work reference letter (that has all the requirement the work reference letter is supposed to have as stated on the ircc website)? Make una small small nau |

eniola1010:lol. Ok na. Goan check immitracker, you’ll see several cases of such. Just don’t mislead people. Imagine saying people should wait for ADR before providing gift deed and statement of account 🙄 |

Hi everyone!!! Please I got Ontario provincial nomination on 21st of November 2024, accepted the nomination on my EE profile, My EE profile then expired on 1st of Dec. 2024. How do I notify Ontario to transfer my nomination to the New profile. I will appreciate any help or advice, thank you!!! |
| Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by Staness: 10:02am On Dec 03, 2024 |
zinny377:I think there’s a place on the Oinp site where you can raise a webform, attach evidence of the expired profile and give them details of the new profile to transfer your nomination to. |
| Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by eniola1010(m): 10:09am On Dec 03, 2024 |
Staness:Lol bro stop that cap. Ircc has never rejected anybody that uploaded only reference work letter neither have they rejected anyone that uploaded only bank reference letter. The most they can do is send adr to support those document if they are in doubt. Is it you we will follow abi na the people wey go give us visa we go follow? They have told u what to upload, it is now ur choice if u want to upload statement which is not bad as well, but u dont have to if u have a proper bank reference letter.
