“Any country that tries to replace the U.S. Dollar should expect 100% tariffs and say goodbye to selling into the wonderful U.S. economy,” Trump wrote in his Facebook post. “They can go find another ‘sucker,'” he added, making it clear that the U.S. would not tolerate any efforts to challenge the Dollar’s supremacy in global trade.

My post is response to the US Dollar being the preeminent and sole currency for trading of commodities for eons.

The Dollar is losing that status, and threats would only facilitate its demise.

The BRICS nations are far too strong for American bullying.
