Please which Size of gen and make is advisable to buy?

Low consumption of fuel,easy to maintain and can carry fridge,hot plate,tv , electric kettle and 2 fans.

Are you for real? Hot plate on generator? It will born the coil

You should consider buying Elepaq

Fireman 5.5kVA should serve you but dont ever think of using hotplate on the generator.
