The weapons belong to the Syrian army, who abandoned them upon regrouping in face of the militant advances. Moreover, you don't know if the weapons were damaged, decommissioned or sabotaged before they were abandoned.

The Russian bases are in Latakia (Khmeeim) - Airbase and Tartus - Naval base which are dozens if not hundreds of kilometers away from the area of fighting around Aleppo and Hama.

So why are you pushing a false narrative from Western media? Just why?
