2. 3by7 aluminum door net (yes, I’m selling this because my landlord does not deserve anything good) - 30,000 (a new one is 50k-60k)

3. Floor and wall kitchen hdf cabinet (has some discoloration on 2 of the drawer handles) - 100,000 (you will be responsible for dismantling and moving it)
