Reminds me of Noah Lyles final 200m track at the Olympics... The brother started off feeling himself jumping up and down like he was already a winner, only for him to start blaming COVID-19 after he didn't win first place and left the stadium in a wheelchair...🤣🤣🤣... I never laughed so hard when watching the Olympics...🤣🤣🤣

I even felt bad for Kenneth because he looked embarrassed to be associated with the brother like the majority of Americans... grin grin grin

😂 The first guy seems have been doing victory laps before the race even finished, then suddenly had a whole new excuse while the other guy was just hoping the ground would open up 😂

It seems you have a great deal of knowledge about athletics. From my perspective, combining your expertise with yoga and gym sessions alongside jogging could help you build even more strength, potentially leading you to become the next marathon champion sooner or later! But don't forget I will like to be your manager 😁 😂

Says who? Let him get a job that takes his time. The reason for nail biting is boredom and anxiety Quitting nail biting (onychophagia) can be challenging, but it's definitely possible with the right strategies and mindset. Here's a comprehensive guide to help you overcome nail biting:

Understanding Nail Biting

Before you can quit, it's essential to understand why you bite your nails. Common triggers include:

1. Stress and anxiety: Many people bite their nails as a coping mechanism for stress and anxiety.
2. Boredom: Nail biting can be a habit that develops due to boredom or lack of stimulation.
3. Nervous habits: Some people bite their nails due to nervous habits, such as fidgeting or tapping their feet.

Strategies to Quit Nail Biting

1. Identify your triggers: Become aware of the situations, emotions, or events that trigger your nail biting.
2. Keep your nails trimmed: Short nails are less tempting to bite.
3. Find alternative habits: Replace nail biting with a healthier habit, such as:
- Chewing gum
- Eating sunflower seeds
- Playing with a stress ball
- Doodling
4. Use deterrents: Apply a bitter-tasting nail polish or a topical solution to discourage nail biting.
5. Practice relaxation techniques: Regularly practice stress-reducing activities, such as:
- Meditation
- Deep breathing
- Yoga
- Progressive muscle relaxation
6. Seek professional help: If you find it challenging to quit nail biting on your own, consider consulting a therapist or counselor. They can help you address underlying issues and develop coping strategies.
7. Monitor your progress: Keep a journal or use a mobile app to track your nail biting habits. Monitoring your progress can help you stay motivated and identify patterns.
8. Reward yourself: Celebrate small milestones, like reaching a week without biting your nails, with non-food rewards, such as a new book or a relaxing bath.

*Additional Tips

1. Keep your hands busy: Engage in activities that require your hands, such as drawing, knitting, or playing a musical instrument.
2. Use a nail strengthener: Apply a nail strengthener to help grow stronger, healthier nails.
3. Avoid situations that trigger nail biting: If you know that certain situations or environments trigger your nail biting, try to avoid them or develop strategies to cope with them.

Quitting nail biting takes time, patience, and persistence. Don't be too hard on yourself if you slip up – simply acknowledge the setback and continue working towards your goal.

Congratulations on taking the first step towards mindful spending! Stopping impulse buying requires self-awareness, discipline, and strategies to overcome temptation. Here's a comprehensive guide to help you achieve your goal:

*Understanding Impulse Buying

1. Recognize your triggers: Identify the situations, emotions, or people that tend to make you impulse buy.
2. Be aware of marketing tactics: Retailers use various techniques to encourage impulse buying, such as strategic product placement, discounts, and limited-time offers.

Strategies to Stop Impulse Buying

1. Create a shopping list: Before heading to the store, make a list of the items you need to purchase. Stick to your list to avoid impulse buys.
2. Set a budget: Allocate a specific amount for shopping and stick to it. Use cash instead of credit cards to help you stay within your budget.
3. Practice delayed gratification: When you see something you want to buy impulsively, wait 24 hours before making a decision. This helps you determine if the purchase is something you truly need.
4. Use the 10-second rule: When you're about to make an impulse purchase, pause for 10 seconds and ask yourself if you really need the item.
5. Avoid shopping when emotional: Shopping can be an emotional experience, and buying on impulse can be a way to cope with stress, boredom, or other emotions. Try to shop when you're feeling calm and rational.
6. Remove shopping apps: Consider deleting shopping apps from your phone or moving them to a folder where they're harder to access.
7. Find alternative hobbies: Replace shopping with other activities that bring you joy, such as reading, exercise, or creative pursuits.

*Additional Tips

1. Keep yourself occupied: When you're in a store, try to focus on your shopping list and avoid browsing.
2. Use cashback and rewards apps: Apps like Ibotta, Fetch Rewards, or Rakuten can help you earn cashback or rewards on your purchases, making it easier to stick to your budget.
3. Consider a "one in, one out" policy: For every new item you bring into your home or workspace, get rid of an old one to maintain a balanced level of possessions.

Overcoming Impulse Buying Challenges

1. Be patient: Changing your spending habits takes time and effort. Don't be too hard on yourself if you slip up.
2. Celebrate small victories: Acknowledge and celebrate your successes, no matter how small they may seem.
3. Seek support: Share your struggles with a trusted friend or family member and ask for their support and encouragement.

Remember, breaking the habit of impulse buying is a process. With time, self-awareness, and the right strategies, you can develop healthier spending habits and achieve your financial goals.
These tips are fire 🔥🔥
Thank you.

I was actually rooting for Tapiwanashe of Zimbabwe because it was the first time I saw team Zimbabwe in track and I was wondering what kind of African magic did the guy use to land in the finals when others looked familiar except for him... grin grin grin... He might have not won, but at least he made it to the finals without being noticed and that's a big deal... grin grin grin

I thought Tebogo of Botswana looked way too innocent to win, but he surprised me... I went from sitting on a couch to standing on top of it in disbelief in a matter of seconds... grin grin grin

And as for being my manager, don't worry about that one... cheesy cheesy cheesy

Oh mine! Samantha, I see you’ve got a sharp eye for greatness, whether it’s on the track or just in vibes. You're not just fluent; you got this effortless flow that’s captivating. The way you're vibing so natural.

Honestly, it’s refreshing to see someone own their space like this, moving with such ease and confidence convo. If there’s a vibe that’s royal, I will give you the crown!
