Ndume and his gang are just proving themselves to be some form of powerful cabal. The whole idea behind any bill is to let all representatives all over the country look at the bill and find out if it will be beneficial to the people. What the northern cabal are clamouring for is that other representatives should not look at the content of the bill at all. If for any reasons the bill did not consider certain things, when it is being debate in the house, members will point them out and the bill will be fine-tuned to address such omissions. So, whether Ndume likes it or not, this bill will be debated, ammended where necessary and passed. The north needs this bill more than any other part of the country.
