Staness:I differ on this, if your work reference is as demanded, why would they reject? Personally I uploaded only reference letter my employers, Bothe of them were even previous employer, I didn't include anything else, bank statement, ID. Note that they are both big organizations with presence in many jurisdiction worldwide. But it costs nothing to add as many document that supports you or a LOE as may apply. |

You are new to immigration and PR application. Work reference letter has zero correlation with POF so your analogy of adding ID & pictures doesn’t apply in anyway. I stand by what I said, if your POF is gift deed which a lot of folks have used over the years. State that it is and add the gift deed docs. There’s no complication adding the gift deed to the bank letter when you’re applying. There’s no competitive edge in withholding a gift deed document and wait for ADR. If you decide not to add it to your application and wait for ADR, that’s fine but don’t advise others not to. I’ve reviewed several GCMS notes over the years, and you’d be surprised the scrutiny POF gets. The point of this thread is providing accurate information. Cheers eniola1010: |

MayorOfEdmonton:Lol. Bro stop this long cap. Weda u r old on the thread or a new born baby on the thread is irrelevant. Op asked two questions He wants to know if he should add gift deed to prove his pof He also wants to know if he should add bank statement to prove his work payslips Now i am not advising op, op can do watever he pleases. I have told op that ircc says upload ur work reference letter to prove ur work and upload ur bank reference letter to prove ur pof. Simple as abc Stop adding ur own narrative, you are not an ircc official. If you now want to go further to add pictures of ur id card or bank statement or ur clinic scrub to prove ur work, you can if u want to If you further want to add ur gift deed, ur donors id card, ur donors genotype, u can if u want to But ircc has not asked u to unless they ask u to. I dont know why una go dey complicate simple matter. You think visa officer too doesnt want easy and straight forward application? Its just like proof of marriage. All thats needed is ur marriage certificate, if u like include picture of you and ur wife cutting wedding cake and kissing, they will accept it nevertheless, but its not a must you include it. Everything they need from u is on their website. |

Hi, please I have a question regarding bank letter for PoF. Should the bank letter be addressed to “To whom it may concern” or to IRCC? If to IRCC, what’s the appropriate address to use. Thank you. |

Hello Nairalanders, For biometrics ( booking appointment) there's no space for middle name. I hope it's ok to use just the first and last name. PS; I have a middle name |

Central Intake Office Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada 49 Dorchester Street, Sydney, Nova Scotia. B1P 5Z2. Canada. OR ‘To Whom It May Concern’ works just fine too Jayk22: |

The guy is right. If you receive any large lump sum into your account, IRCC requires you to provide an explanation, that's why he MUST add the deed of gift to his application. "IRCC stipulates that the funds cannot be borrowed from another person and the applicant will be asked to explain any large, lump sum transfers into an account." eniola1010: |

Please help, in a case where one’s employer is not willing to issue a reference letter, how else can one prove and show that they worked there? |

haywhy80:No, you can skip paying the RPRF but that will only cause some delays when they ask you to pay for it in the later stages of your PR processing. |

Use the language test where you scored the highest points. If you got CLB10 in IELTS and CLB7 in TEF, you have to use English or else your CRS point would be lower. Silvaplum: |

haywhy80:Not all. It's up to you. IRCC will direct you to pay the Right of Permanent Residency fee if you don't pay it upfront. Some people just jump that step by paying it all upfront. |

I know if I have an MSC and BSc, I only have to evaluate the MSc. However, I have 2 cases. Firstly, a Bsc in Nursing and a diploma in Midwifery, do I need to evaluate both? Second, a Bsc in Pharmacy and ND in chemistry, do I need to evaluate both? |

Anybody who can clarify should please I am in a high demand Noc but presently for a while I have been promoted to mid level manager( I skipped the lower level management due to recommandations from top management and also some company policies bs ) I can’t reject the role as policy doesn’t permit I either resign or take up the new role But now the role takes me out of my high demand Noc in the sense that my job description on paper now Carrie’s more of administrative tasks and managerial the hands on is not stated even though physically my job is still almost the same but now I head the team Can I ask my line manager to issue me a reference letter that shows am still acting in my old capacity but as a lead of the team and not present my generic référence letter issued by HR |

olabanji88:Lol. Pleas don’t let IRCC pressure you from making progress. So far you have experience in the “on demand” NOC, you’re fine. You can always get reference from your managers. |

Write the letter in IRCC’s format and get your line manager or supervisor to sign. Let it be on letterhead paper too. All the best. Blackshaid: |

olabanji88:If this helps you, I didn't collect reference from my current work, I only uploaded my previous 2 experiences and collected references from them, so don't fuss, just collect reference of the previous role you had that matches the in-demand NOC provided it also gives you the needed numbers of years required. |
