The wreckless attitude displayed by Nigerian Police Officers is nothing to write home about.

Destroying property is a crime and the officer ought to be detained and charged to court so he can pay for the damaged property and face the penalties that come with commiting such an offense.

If not that GIG is a big name, this matter would have just died off after a few days if Police Station visits by the owner of the car.

Seen this days ago on twitter and I was happy the people were able to mobilise against those criminals.
If you have ever been held down by policemen in a lonely area/road, then you will understand my feeling.
My journey to NYSC camp in Ilorin in 2018 was a terrible experience (this happened at about 11pm).
Nigerian Police is not my friend

It happened to me in 2021 on Auchi-Benin road. After they broke my rear glass and we stopped to challenge them alongside the other Hilux we were moving in convoy with, they started begging.
