Did you read where the post said he has been denied access to lawyers and family?

Criminal defamation. Though no longer in Lagos Law books. However, criminal defamation suits can be brought any where in Nigeria. Ekiti State High Court is good to go as Faro gets arraigned today. Folks must learn to be responsible in their takes on others. Farotimi will smell the coffee!

The man is 95 years old, has made so much money from Nigerias corrupt presidents and in 2024 with the present state of hunger in the land, all that the 95 year Afe Babalola can think of is to arrest 56 year old Farotimi who is speaking up for the poor masses.
