Anyone can believe whatever they want but after reading this report which purportedly quoted top police officers of the FCID, one of his pastors was alleged to be involved in a fraudulent scheme & some of the funds were traced to the HICC & PBI’s personal accounts; my understanding is the pastor likely paid some proceeds of the purported crime as seed to his Senior Pastor & seed/offerings to the Church.

This is the very reason why as Pastors, you must be circumspect in receiving from church members and just about anyone; some of the monies people bring to church are “hot money” and it takes a spirit of discernment & extra vigilance on the part of the Pastor to know which to receive and which one to turn down. However, in this circumstance, how do you even begin to suspect that one of your Pastors is a fraud? Again, discernment is very KEY.

Meanwhile, this shouldn’t stop true believers who are into legitimate businesses and have verifiable source(s) of income from giving to their Spiritual leaders & vice versa; this is also not an opportunity for Church/Christian & Pastor bashers to gloat!
