Check you Bulk charge and absorb settings. Also how many panels and wattage of the panels are you using.

5 panels in series..... 3 475w and 2 485w... As for the bulk charge and absorb settings, I really don't know how to go about it...

Are you connected to the grid? if yes, try and top it with grid to see if it will get to that 28.

I'm not connected to grid yet.....I guess 27v is okay...

Since you are using lithium battery, see if the bms is connected and change the setting to Lib. I think ~27v is ok for lithium battery

Fouani logistics is a nightmare. A cousin bought from them and it took 3 weeks. Those guys will kill their business with this kinda sluggish shipping.

Check you manual its either call Charge voltage (C.V)/ Bulk voltage. then you will see float volatge too, check does settings and see what are the figures there.
