Were you able to book any of these dates?

Mine has been saying that there are currently no available appointment on the selected date, while others are seeing appointment dates. Any issues here?

Has anyone on this forum seeking for interview waiver IW on the new portal but directed to physical interview has resolved the issue. Can sending an email to Lagos NIV work. I can't afford to pay all over again?

I followed the instructions provided on Avits website on passport delivery, booked my appointment for yesterday, and visited the DHL office. However, my passport has not arrived, and I have no way to track its status.

Can anyone please guide me on how to track my passport on the OlS Services website?
I'm unsure how the tracking number is formatted. The one I assumed to be correct isn't working.

Ideally you are suppose to make the payment and after the payment had been confirmed/profile updated and you can now schedule, before you pick a date, start a new application and you will see the option for “self, spouse, child etc” then pick spouse and run the process you ran for yourself then you will end up with 2 payments but different profiles.

You dont have to pay another money. Navigate back to your profile (appointment section), you will see reschedule and cancel, click on the reschedule and it will give you the available dates. I did the same thing, I havent booked the date yet because i want a closer date.

He’s talking about for ppl who are eligible for IW but were given interviews instead .Rescheduling will not change it to drop box/IW. The only way seems to be to cancel your appointment and pay again to get the option for IW

Please how many days does it take for the ois Portal to list your passport as available for pick up. It's been two days ceac said issued but ois still says not yet available for pickup. Just want to know how many day it took and can take

I was also able to resolve issue in the 3rd week of November and just like you, I am not sure if it was the emails or tickets raised that worked.

FYI for those planning to make another visa payment because they are still unable to use their GTB receipt, please be patient & wait for resolution - you will definitely be attended to. Just keeping emailing and raising tickets, while giving about one week interval before following up again.

P.S. For those that qualify for IW, please note that in a bid to attend to you quickly & help resolve ASAP, they may convert you to physical interview but it comes with an earlier date. So at least some advantage there.🙂

I'm back after over 2 months

For some reason, the receipt from GTB has finally been accepted.
For all those who have tagged me asking for update e.g @yomifola, @hephzibahjay, @RoyV. I have been able to proceed to appointment booking finally this evening after making payment in August before change in service provider. However, only seeing dates from January 2026.
What I did so far:
I raised several tickets discussing my concerns, made phone calls, had several chats, sent emails to Lagos consulate, so I don't know which one eventually worked out. If you are in similar condition, attach your receipt, screen munch whatever error is showing that is not allowing you proceed, raise a ticket and attach them, also do same and send as email to consulate office for either Lagos or Abuja.

I truly sorry if i disturb you guys in anyway.... but i still have issue with appointment booking
i paid my visa fee with GTB since May 2nd, 2024 before the migration... due to what i can not possibly explain here... i was unable to book and appointment till now...
i have raised ticket and no response....
Recently i tried booking a fresh appointment and after filling processing i was asked to input my payment receipt number which i did.
After putting the number there is what i got...

Please i am running out of time and options

I am also having this same "Receipt Not Found" issue. Please let me know if you solve it. Support and the NIV emails are not helping. They put my support ticket on hold for over a month now.
