This woman is a disgrace, because this her rant will change nothing.

She is not the natural kind of leader that can change things. What I expect her to do is simple. We are sending a monitoring team that will pose as regular passengers, and if there is any one is caught, the official and head of the agency gets fired instantly. That is the only way to go. When others see that their colleagues have been fired for this, they will all sit up and stop the nonsense.

But this rant with empty threat holds zero water.
