Wike is obvious a public enemy because of his style of approach.
You can't take that from him, that is his nature.
Let's put sentiment and politics aside, Wike have done far better than the immediate past Minister of the FCT Mohammed Musa Bello.
Mohammed was a minus to as a minister.
In my opinion he was the worst underperforming minister in the Buhari government.
FCT was almost being dilapidated, with so many construction works and projects abandoned by that man.
Infact it was like FCT never had a minister at all. Because his presence was like vacant.
All the major projects that was abandoned byMohammed Musa Bello, Wike have completed and commissioned some and serious work is still ongoing in Abuja.
All the buses for public transportation El Rufia bought, Bello could not manage them. Wike have bought new buses for public transportation.
I will give it to Wike.
But please he should let Rivers State breath.

Good one, say no to eye service. Why should they force other people's kids to line up on the road , eat dust and risk being run over by those crazy entourage. Wikus is in the spirit.

Well, I do not think the colonial masters did but our leaders at the time who took over from them because of the African mentality and that is what they passed on to successive generations.

As at the 1960 that you mentioned, our leaders like Zik, Awolowo etc were largely in charge and with their desperation to impress the Oyibo man, it’s this kind of things that they arranged.
