Lagos was actually more developed than this. Even Ibadan and Abeokuta were miles ahead already. I get your post is supposed to be humorous, but I'm writing this for those who might take it seriously.
That building is most likely a shrine. Who can possibly live there lol. No sign of a bed, or anything for comfort. One can't have the tech to make such an elaborate costume, yet sleep on the dusty floor of a primitive building.

This is a newly constructed road in Kwara State in 2024.

These people shouting LAGOS are actually cavemen and women. Living in adject squalor and poverty.
