I was expecting to see a Chinedu or Okonkwo as baale in Lagos in 1940.. eyin alaye baje.
The unxhecked influx of migrants and refugees from South East is what is causing problem for our people today

Is it not the people of Lagos that our colonial masters met roaming about jumping from one tree to another naked with just palm leaves around their waist?

It can't be the colonial masters

Maybe the portuguese explorers and merchants... They got there first, they named it Lagos de kuramo, kuramo lakes...

And no, they were mostly fishing in their canoes...

Why will a fisherman want to jump on trees, is that how fish is caught in the old eastern region ni?

What kind of jealousy is this?

Is it because they want to buy up all Lagos lands.

Yes that's true, they were mostly merchants, sailors, explorers, not politicians or imperialists like the British...

Lagos was actually more developed than this. Even Ibadan and Abeokuta were miles ahead already. I get your post is supposed to be humorous, but I'm writing this for those who might take it seriously.
That building is most likely a shrine. Who can possibly live there lol. No sign of a bed, or anything for comfort. One can't have the tech to make such an elaborate costume, yet sleep on the dusty floor of a primitive building.

So these people have been mining skulls before independence?

Lols.... All the poster wanted is to revel in scorn on anything Yoruba...unfortunately any sensible person can tell the background is most likely a shrine.

This is a newly constructed road in Kwara State in 2024.

These people shouting LAGOS are actually cavemen and women. Living in adject squalor and poverty.

That is why they fear BIAFRA like mad, because when it's achieved they will feast on each other with their generational hatred.
