Almost all the rep voted Yes and that is just the NDDC which is a bill. It is difference entirely form the 13% derivatives which is another thing.

Kudos to our senators from south south, we have moved from emotional politics to development and practical one, no matter party differences. Only fools will go against the bill in Southern Nigeria. Let south west and south east join too. The north can't be benefiting from what the have been banning and destroying. The 60% derivation sharing fomular is for VAT revenue. And VAT is consumption tax, not production tax. SS can seek, more percentage of oil royalties(production),money,But always know the issues at stake before making noise. For me SS already is requesting for all of oil revenue,so nothing new. Justification, legality and how to realise it are the hurdles to cross.
