Disasi first defender to score for us in the EPL this season

Fofana, Chilwell, James all have terrible injury records. Silva is already semi retired. These are defensive positions that needs reinforcement critically. I have not even mentioned the goalkeeper department.

Our left and central side of attack currently needs upgrade.

So you see that our problem is not just attack.

And apart from just signing players, we need a coach that can actually upgrade the players we currently have. A different coach can come in and change these crop of players to monsters and drop the jaw of football world. These are young players that can be moulded.

Mourinho came into Chelsea in 2004 and suddenly Geremi became solid. Terry became a rock. Lampard already have the talent but he became much much more better. Joe Cole became a terrorist. Even soft Glenn Johnson deliver wenever he was called upon..... All these are players Mourinho met in Chelsea. So apart from his signings, he still improved the players he met in the club.

Kudos to Enzo for improving our defensive set up. We still need world class center backs to move to the next level. Just few months ago United was having an xg of 4 against us. Poch set up had us in trenches.

Same thing happened against United. We conceded 28 shots and 9 on target that day. Their xGA was over 4 goals but only scored two. This was why I was hammering on improving our defensive set up and this doesn't fall on only the back 4. Teams find it so easy to create chances against us because our set up makes it so simple. Too much gap in our midfield that makes it easy to bypass then we also have defenders that are error prone and collapse under pressure. Caicedo will drop deep to receive the ball yet Enzo and Gallagher will be as high as Palmer offering no passing lane while he was being pressed by numerous Liverpool players.
