Just as the title asks, should VIO seek to see a driver's driver's license? My opinion is that since they don't issue it, they shouldn't check it. I may be wrong though. No, they should not VIO can only ask for vehicles papers. FRSC can only ask for drivers licence or learners permit. Don't ever mistake & give either of them what they ain't supposed to see. ONLY POLICE can demand to see all of Ur papers & u should comply d lawful way or d Nigerian way 1 Like |

FRSC can ask for both driver and vehicle licenses. VIO aren’t meant to be on the road mounting stops and blocks. |

Elsueno:You're wrong. All Road Enforcement officers are mandated by law to request for your Driver's License on demand . The bolded is pure ignorance and should not be followed else the law would apply |
