Enhance foreign exchange market my asss.

It the local refinery my friend. The bulk of the dollar no longer go out to purchase or sell crude for transaction. It was why the emphasis on selling crude to ourself with our local currency. Now we may even gain foreign exchange from proper export.

Its why the naira is looking bullish. The thing get mouth now. It not going to the dollars to ask for help unlike before always.

People hording will be force to sell..the dollar is losing value every day in their hand and its not looking likey to reverse and its not ..the more they fear, the more they throw it away the more the naira gain. We have oil and strong population. what the duck we loosing ground on the rest of the world for?

1 Diasporan have started arriving in droves for the Christmas festivities and they are all looking for Naira to spend so they are changing dollars .

2 : Diasporans that are not coming for Xmas have also started sending dollars to their loved ones so they can shop for Christmas early.

This is what is responsible for the Naira gain and not any Tinubu

Tinubu took dollar exchange rate from 700 to 1650, and it's standing at 1550 at the moment, why the noise, he hasn't done anything meaningful, he wrecked our economy causing nationwide hunger and starvation eschew propaganda
