airmark:You are laughable. You think you caught me? Dude, when I own a position, I own it. If the facts change and I need to adjust my viewpoint accordingly, I do unashamedly. I am not fueled by the insatiable need to win like you. Therefore, I don't need to keep turning Amala because I have to win. The reason I didn't need to answer your question is because I didn't want to indulge you in your nonsense. You lied about my position multiple times; to a point where others had to correct you with evidence. You ignored, continuing to parrot your nonsense. And now, you are trying to engineer an escape route using the attack v defence debate. Sir, I was never a part of that debate and I don't want to be part of it, no matter how hard you try. My stance was the same then as it is now - it was more of tactical issue than any particular overwhelming personnel issue. The keyword here being "overwhelming". Which means that despite my viewpoint, I can agree that simultaneously, some facts on either side of the attack v defence debate can be equally correct. What is not correct is a completely outlandish position on either side of that debate. For instance, on the no-good stupid "outscore" nonsense arguments, a simple set of incontrovertible facts follow, like: 'no matter how many goals you score, if your defence is weak enough to concede more goals than you can score, then you will lose games'. These are just basic facts. And you will literally need to be screw-loose in the head to argue against this, even if you are on the attack side of the debate. That was the point I tried to make when I interjected. This was the point Timbros was making at the time, and yes, it trumps yours by a billion simply because you took an outlandish position against this, saying its not true. And yes, anyone can have this point of view without necessarily joining in on the debate. How can you not understand this? The fact that I have to explain this with this long epistle is absolutely embarrassing. |

Crunch time for Paez and Estevao, with both players set to be involved in title deciders over the course of the next week. Today, Paez and Independiente del Valle take on LDU in the first leg of the Ecuadorian league playoff (title decider). Tomorrow, Estevao and Palmeiras hope for a miracle in the final match day, needing a win as well as a Botafogo loss. Then next Saturday, IDV hosts LDU in the second leg of the league playoffs. |

BlueMann:I have not been able to follow Paez's games. I follow a South American correspondent who reports regularly on both these players. She said Paez has been playing on the right, instead of the No 10 role, because of a new over 30 player Independiente brought. She's saying this is why Paez's firm has dipped a bit this season. Do you know anything about this? |

🔵🥶 Maresca says Chelsea are NO longer Cole Palmer Football Club! “This season we are less reliant on Cole Palmer and we are very happy”. “If you remember in my first press conference I said that we cannot rely on Cole for every game… because it is not correct. He has to enjoy football”. |

nateevs:Plenty talk no dey full basket, answer the simple question bro. nateevs:This is a senseless excuse and you know it's not tenable. If you say someone's stance trumps mine billion times, you have already pitched your tent to the stance. Now, saying you don't want to indulge me that's why you didn't answer it, is sheer irresponsibility from you. You know you goofed like Timbros, that's why it is hard like Zuma rock answering the question as you will be exposed as having Timbros and Lordfalcao-level of football knowledge and it will burst the nonsense support cast kite you subsequently flew. Just like Timbros, you didn't agree that attack was our major problem and we should spend more on attack. Period. Your non-answering the question is a reconfirmation. nateevs:Stop playing tricks with semantics. You were not part of the debate but you agreed with his stance that attack wasn't our major problem and we shouldn't spend more money on attack last summer. Yes or No? If Timbros stance trumps mine billion times, then your support cast request was already a victim, as he asked us not to get Sancho. He still rates Sterling above both Neto and Sancho and mocked them few days ago. That's Timbros stance. nateevs:I hope you remember that post was in August and it was a reply to my post of Chelsea reasoning along with me, by spending more on attack. You are desperate to coverup your goof with lies and evasiveness, but its not working. I will advice you next time don't interject into something ignorantly and drop opinion that will later bite you in the a.ss. My argument with Timbros was that we should focus more on attack, since our injured defenders would return and get Silva's replacement. I don't know how you saw my view as only addressing our attack and neglecting the defence. When you say a stance trumps mine billion times, it means i scored zero in your evaluation of the debate. You didn't consider that my stance included your own opinion of getting support cast - Sancho, which Timbros was against. Obviously, your agenda was to nail Airmark and not to be objective. You are on Timbros side fully, show that loyalty billion times through the thick and thin and stop dancing shakiti bobo, to evade the impending shame. |

Maresca on Spurs: “We pay attention to both games. We see the reason why they were good against City, we see the reason why they lost against Bournemouth” “We usually change our structure or game plan depending on the opponent. The Brighton game, it was one way, and against Aston Villa, completely different. You cannot use the same plan for both games” “Brighton were high-pressing and they leave a lot of space in behind. Villa, they were low block, just waiting, so if you do the same plan for both games, probably one of them is not the right one." (@MirrorFootball) Tactician |

Sportsweb:City have been sloppy but Crystal Palace has been very wasteful and hardly punished them. They’ll probably escape with a win. |

airmark:so how will you be topping the league if you had gyokeres this season, when Liverpool doesn’t have a 9 as highest scorer nor have conceded more than any other team? |

Brentford back in front again, set piece assisted by the goalie. Let's see if they'll hold on this time. |

lordfalcao:They don't have reliable 9, one of the reasons we would have topped them, with a striker that can score hat trick against Epl defending champions, that we couldn't score against. |

Rico Lewis red card. Pep throws Graelish on for DeBruyne. Lewis will be missed. |
